I have a CAD model for an engine air particle separator for a design project. I'm currently in the process of doing the CFD analysis, however I wanted to make sure I have a good quality mesh before I start. I've spent quite a bit of time on SpaceClaim creating the fluid volume and optimizing the geometry to be rid of errors. Fortunately, I was able to successfully create the mesh using tetrahedral elements, however looking through the quality metrics I feel there's still allot of room for improvement. The problems areas seem to be located at the swirler vanes and near the inlet of the smaller diameter tube. I have spent significant time looking through online tutorials and forums and have tried a few things to improve the mesh with no luck. I'm quite new with ANSYS meshing so any suggestions would be really helpful. I have attached a few images of the mesh. Not sure if I'm able to attach the .wbpz file on these forums but let me know if you may need it. Thanks.

Hi

You can avoid sharp corners in blade ending portion and make some appropriate geometry modification.

Due to sharp corners prism quality may become worse.
