I am trying to create a swept mesh on the body in the picture below. I've set the number of divisions on the circumferential edges and (in a separate edge sizing) the radial edges. Every time I try to mesh, I get this error:
"The number of divisions specified in sweep method is inconsistent with the internal number of divisions in mapped face meshing. Please check the specified parameters" Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it? Thanks, Chris |

Switch on the display vertices just to check that you do not have an unexpected vertex on an edge.

Thanks. I worked out a way of fixing it in the end - I'd thought it was sweeping in a different direction to the way it actually was, so I manually selected the start and finish faces
