It can happen with the Quad Dominant method. If you want to force the all quad behavior its better to use the Multizone method in conjunction with a mapped face.

How to use the Multizone method in conjunction with a mapped face? I do not know how to it?

Under mesh > insert > method. Then in the method change automatic to > multizone.

Insert a mapped face under mesh > insert > mapped face > select the surfaces. This should do the trick.
