i am meshing hydrocyclone. due to ogrid block,at the center all the edges take nodes of parallel edges which are at the wall of the body. so at the center, mesh is very fine. but i need coarse mesh at the center. how can i do this? can anyone help?

Hi shohag,
you can either use different refinement levels or a special blocking strategy called "nesting" in order to reduce the mesh density in the center. See the following link to get an idea: Is there a way to coarsen only a part of interior Hexa elements? |
