Hello everyone! pls pardon me. I have an emergency question that i cant find the answer anywhere in this topic. I already search for the topic that use ICEM to re-mesh combining with CFX to analyse moving mesh. However, every thread in this topic is dead that I mean all the links is unavailable. I really don't know why. Can someone help me with this headache problem please. I will very appreciate the supports. Thanks so much!!!.

Hello,

Not fully certain what you are trying to do... could you please provide a more detailed description?

You are asking how to implement a moving mesh? What kind of problem are you trying to solve, i.e. what do you want to mesh?

Thank you for you reply. I can describe it generally. I want to simulate a root pump with a moving object ( rotor) and a stationary shroud. Rotor will rotate around an axis. I want to use ICEM to remesh working volume of the pump in every time step to make my simulation more precise. Please help me. If you need more detail we can exchange through email. My email is nva4791@gmai.com

Thanks for your reply. However when ever i click on the edr.no site, it shows nothing at all. I have tried numerous links but the result is still the same. I dont know why. That why i consider all the links dead. Do you have another source bro. I will extremely appreciate your work.

Open to trying to do this in FLUENT? Found some videos:

here's a piston:

Some guy here: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Ho...g-in-ANSYS-CFX says you could use replay scripts to do this, perhaps.
