I have made a 3d blocking mesh for the straight pipe
then I have made 2d planar block for the helical pipe
I didn't find a method to make a block for both helical and straight pipe together
pictures describe the problem
I really need the help to merge the two meshes at the contact surface or a way to block the helical and straight pipe together
Thanks in Advance

You need to create Ogrids in both and connect/align them. Not too difficult. There are tutorials on how to do this.

I can not make 3d.blocking for it if you could help me only on this
And thank you so much.

You have an extruded mesh in the helical tube. You cannot combine this with a mesh from a blocking structue in the small pipe.
You have create a blocking structure in the helical tube as well.
I would start with a blocking structure on the T-junction. There are examples for this. Then extrude the surface mesh at the ends along the helical curves.

First practice meshing a simple T-junction.

You will need to create the O-grid along the helical pipe. Then simply intersect another O-grid at the location where the you need the junction.
