HELP! |Display Licensed Users in Ansys 17

I'm currently using Ansys 17 and the license admin utility does not show the number of users currently utilizing the licenses. The licenses are floating and not node-locked.
Ansys support says the feature has been disabled for use from Client machines and can be seen only from the license server. Any one else have such a problem? how do i view the total number of users active? Solutions pls.
