Missing Tools in Ansys

There are missing tools in my workbench, the tool name "result" is not in my component system tab in my workbench, i have tried customization tools in view tab but there are no "result" tab in it, how do i add it externally or anyway to show it?

i couldnt totally remember that but there are something to do.

First one, some tabs placed in upward in workbench window. Try to look for what there are

Second one, you make FLUENT,or other ANSYS-Mechanical tools run in workbench window (double click or drag-drop). you may see it placed in below.

Last one,Is it possible to setup you as custom excepting ''result'' ?

i tried to read through every single tabs, but none of them is what i need. maybe i should try and reinstall? i saw others using the same installer but they have the tabs i dont have, any possible error when installing resulting that missing toolbar?

it could be, the best choice for now is re-installing
