Dear Ansys experts,
Need assistance in a Project of Solar PVT. I am not getting the desired results for the Sheet and Tube Model. Please see the attachment. There are 2 domains, fluid domain consisting of hollow tubes passing water and a panel solid domain of copper. The Boundary conditions are as follows: Mass inlet normal to boundary of 0.09kg/s at 24 degree celcius Heated back surface on the panel due to heat flux of 1000 w/m^-2 Convection on other remaining surfaces on the panel with heat trasnfer coefficient of 6.423W/m^-2k^-1 and ambient temperature of 45 degree celcius The fluid model is with Total energy as heat transfer option and turbulence as k-epsilon with scalable wall function and viscous work term enabled. Buoyancy option is also activated. The solid domain has Thermal Energy as heat transfer method. I am expecting a temperature difference at the inlet and the outlet, currently it is the same at both the locations. Is my model proper? |
