i am new to fluent and i am simulating flow around a hot cylinder mounted inbetween two cold plate and would like to plot contours of the convective heat transfer coefficient around the cylinder and at the base plate. Is there a way of creating a UDF for this or another way that gets me the same result? please is you can include a detailed explanation/tutorials in your answer that would be swell

as far as i know fluent writes a no of fields to your output files.].dat]
just add heat transfer coefficient from list of variables you want to save. thats it. you are done
