Generate a plane on your central plane, and extract a polyline at the intersection of the central plane with the isosurface.

hi dear glenn
your order is correct but in my boundary list dont exist user locations and plots and only exist boundaries that i define in cfx-pre, thus i cant intersect isosurfcae with plane.
thnaks a lot for help me

Did you try to flip them? Maybe you can instead of having a "central plane" use a iso-volume to create the central position.

Then use the central plane to draw a contour of volume fraction = 0.5. You can then extract the contour as a polyline.

dear Matthias, thanks for suggestion, but defined isovolume not useful for me, my goal is make polyline in intersect isosurface & plane.
