CFX Solver Manager Core Dump

I am running CFX on our linux cluster. I start the job via the command line and SSH and then monitor it through the solver manager through x forwarding back to my windows comptuer. The solver runs fine, but the solver manager application periodically crashes with this error:

Qt has caught an exception thrown from an event handler. Throwing
exceptions from an event handler is not supported in Qt. You must
reimplement QApplication::notify() and catch all exceptions there.

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std:

ut_of_range'
what(): basic_string::substr
An error has occurred in cfx5solve:

The ANSYS CFX Solver Manager
/rusr/ansys/v172/CFX/bin/linux-amd64/SolverManager.exe was interrupted by
signal ABRT (6) and dumped core

Any idea what it could be?

I have no idea what is causing that. But if it only solver manager which crashes and the simulation keeps running, then just start solver manager up again and keep monitoring.
