[CFX-Pre Fatal Error/Unable to Start]

Hi everyone I'm not too sure if this problem has been posted before, however I've searched google quite a bit for a method to solve my problem. But I have yet to find a solution that addresses this problem.

The workbench window displayed this error (approx. 30 seconds after double clicking 'setup' (the tab after geometry and mesh)).

And about two minutes later, a CFX-pre window would open with the title 'Fatal Error' and an error message;

"Abording due to unexpecting error:comm::error:AppWindow::makeAllConections - Error waiting for viewer connection socketError:
Socket::waitForConnection - Connection timeout after 120s"

Might be a corrupted workbench file.
If it were me I would copy the geometry and mesh, and import it into a new workbench session.
