Default WALL HEAT FLUX V.S. HEAT FLUX

What is the wall heat flux ? When I should use it ?

In my problem I have a fixed temperature at wall and I have to calculate the Nussel number. So, I think, I should use the function "Heat Flux", calculate "<name_wall>" !! Or not ????
