Good morning, my name is Simone and I will need to work on a simulation of an impacting droplet. CFX has developed a VOF algorithm but I do not know where to start to work with it.

Anyone is using it for free-surface fluids or multiphase flows with free boundaries (droplets moving in air) and could tell me where to start and what gridding tool i sbest?

thank yo uveyr much for the help,

regards,
