Hi. In my multiphase-multicomponent simulation I want to define interphase mass transfer. In my system (Acetic Acid - Iso Propyl Ether)is dispersed in Water.I am using two additional variables for Acetic Acid which diffuses from dispersed phase to continuous phase. Now I have a confusion that when I define properties of dispersed phase in materials section, What will be those, of pure Iso Propyl Ether or of mixture( IPE- Acetic Acid)?
