hi I have a .txt file with coordinates of the nodes and the element connectivity,I want to import the mesh to icem. Can any one tell how to do so. Import as formatted data point works fine for nodes but not if there is a known connectivity.

Hi,
I would write it in a simple format, probably Tecplot format is the easiest, and import it into ICEM that way. Of course you are going to have to do some research to find how Tecplot format works - Google can help here. Glenn Horrocks |
