Greetings,

For reaction mechanisms for biodiesel, references have been provided in the below thread which you have previously commented on. Users can utilize such reaction mechanisms from external sources by importing them as a mech.dat file when setting up their CONVERGE case setup through STUDIO.
Biodiesel case setup in Converge

For liquid properties for different biodiesel species, the user has the flexibility to create their own liquid.dat file, by either using experimental data that can be copy-pasted during Parcel Simulation setup, or they can be generated through the Liquid Calculator in STUDIO. Please refer our STUDIO manual on how to use this liquid calculator. You might find the below references helpful in generating liquid data using the calculator :

Yaws, Carl L. Chemical properties handbook. McGraw?-Hill, 1999.
Yaws, Carl L. Yaws' Thermophysical Properties of Chemicals and Hydrocarbons. William Andrew Inc, 2008.
Daubert, T.E., R.P. Danner. Physical and Thermodynamic Properties of Pure Chemicals Data Compilation. Washington, D.C.: Taylor and Francis, 1989.

Sincerely,
