Hello,
Here's the situation, I'm working on a dual fuel engine with converge, based on the official example. I made the cylinder sector with the make engine sector surface tool, so I checked the geometry and everything is OK.
But when running, the program showed:
WARNING: [ 531] Found a parcel outside the domain. Removing parcel. This WARNING will only be printed once
After the first warning, I tried to adjust the mesh settings and AMR settings and the warning appeared again.
Then I tried to change the fuel injection angle, but it still shows the warning.
Please, how do I fix this problem.
After the warning it also shows: recovering .... because transport equations did not converge or energy extrapolations.
Thank you all very much for your help!

It looks like a mesh issue. If you have the converge.log file with a screen print level to "more verbose", check the mass of parcels removed. If it is not very significant compared to the injected mass I would suggest discarding those warnings.

Will ignoring the warning affect the calculation results?
If I ignore the warning, I keep getting: recovering .... because transport equations did not converge or energy extrapolations.
So I want to solve this problem completely

Don't just like that 'IGNORE' the warning. I said check if there is significant differences between the mass injected and mass removed during the injection event and let us say if the difference is less than 0.1 or 0.2 % then you can leave it as it is.

But now it looks like you have recoveries which might be due to multiple factors like your spray definition, mesh settings, solver settings etc. You need to eliminate everything one by one. For example, if you anticipate that recoveries are due to injection, you may run the simulation without injection and make conclusions.

One another approach is to compare your setup with relevant Converge example cases and see how much you are deviating.

I am suggesting these options because recoveries can be due to multiple reasons and without looking into the actualy case setup, it will be really difficult for me to comment

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your help, now i think that i solved this problem, i tried to add a fixed embedding for region.(scale = 2) and the calculation doesn't show warnings anymore.
However, after 0.3 deg of fuel injection, the message continues:recovering .... because transport equations did not converge or energy extrapolations.
For this what should i do ?

Sorry for the delayed response.

If it is diesel combustion and if there is a spray, I strongly suggest you have one more level of refinement i.e. at level 3 for the injection event (if it doesn't exist). Most likely this error occurs when your grid is not able to resolve the high velocity and temperature gradients due to injection. But again it can be due to multiple other reasons and what I said is just a possibility.
