Importing part into ensight

Hi!
Is it possible to export a part from an ensight case file and import it in another ensight case file with other parts?
No need to have variables available for the exported part, I need only the geometry.
Or is it possible to import a geometry/cad file into an existing case file?

This is because I'd want to import to my case external walls of my domain directly from the cad (or from another case file which has that imported cad) because they are smoother than that available in current case file (grid was coarse, so the walls are not smooth); this is only to have a better view of the model.

You cannot append more parts into an already loaded case, which do not already exist in that case. So, technically, you can't load a part from a different case into the current case.

However, EnSight allows you to read multiple cases in. So, you can simply load the CAD data or alternative surface information in as a separate case. You can then display it instead of the CFD surface.

This does require at least EnSight Standard (EnSight FREE or Desktop does not allow multiple cases to be read in).
