Dynamic-Mesh failed. Negative cell volume detected

Hi everyone,
I try to simulating the simple 3D Moving body using Dynamic Mesh with udf file in Ansys Fluent.
My problem is that moving the rectangular body from the left to the right side. I attached some figures with my setting and udf code as shown in the below. Anyone who know my error please help me.

HI you can improve mesh quality or decrease time step more

Hi Moh_zain,
I tried to enhance the mesh quality but the maximum skewness around 0.8 or minimum Orthogonal quality is around 0.2. And for the time steps I tried to reduce but it still error.
How do you think about my setting? Is it correct or suitable?

hi the setting fine but the domain picture I can not know the shape look like send me more picture to see the domain and the box in side the domain
also i need to know is their any deformation in the box shape due to motion?
