According to the customization manual, C_YI(c,t,i) marco will return the species mass fraction of species i in thread t at cell c.
Assume a cell filled with half water and half air, 30% of the water phase is species i. So what will C_YI return? just 0.3 or 0.3*0.5=0.15?

Thanks!

I am pretty sure it will return as 0.3.
you can try to set a wall concentration with a mass fraction of water 0.3 using udf. And compare the result with a mass fraction of 0.3 in the wall boundary condition (Species). They should be the same
