Default unable to specify wall boundry condition

i am doing simulation of droplet on textured surface. i need to specify half wall with difft contac tangle n the other half with difft. so i made the wall as two parts in gamnit . but when i apply the boundry condition in fluent i get error dpm-bc : invalid type. please help
