I want to have enthalpy porosity formulation for my case. How do i ensure that in fluent. How can i define this in fluent.

The above formulation is required for liquid fraction estimation of phase change material. I dont have much idea about it. Kindly suggest how to implement it in fluent. I am using solidification/melting solver for my problem

The Solidificatio Model in FLUENT uses the same method only

Do i have to use multiphase or species transport for my case.
My case is to melt a WAX enclosed in a cylinder using water which passes through the centre of the cylinder without direct contact.

Also plz tell me if turbulence model needs to be activated if my water flow velocity is 0.5 m/s through pipe having dia 0.054m. though the rey no is turbulent but is it worth using a turbulence model when i am interestd in seeing the melt fraction and the countours of temperature of the wax.
