Hello everyone,
We know that c0 for any face cannot be zero but when I meshed my domain I found at symmetry boundary c0 to be zero. QUite absurd. Given Below is part of .msh file.

2 1 52 0 1a4
2 52 53 0 1a3
2 53 54 0 1a2
2 54 55 0 1a1
2 55 56 0 1a0
2 56 57 0 19f
2 57 58 0 19e
2 58 59 0 19d
2 59 5a 0 19c

Please comment !!! Tell me if there bis something wrong ?

Regards,

Bharat

It is indeed absurd. In the worst case scenario, a surface meshed in 3D without volumes, you don't get C0 and C1. But if the grid is ok you always get C0. Does Fluent read it without any problem? Have you checked that there are no replicated faces in the grid (still, C0 should show up, not C1)?

Edit: I just realized that the case is 2D. I am not really experienced in the behaviour for the 2D case, but you should check the grid for sure.

Dear Jacky,

i'm curious, have you find what the problem is with your grid?
