An error in installing the ansys lisence manager

Hello!
I'm so happy if you give me some advice.

I am in trouble over how to install fluent １６.

When I click the button(setupLM.exe) for installing the ansys license manager, I get an error(figure.１).

If you know the error, could you please tell me？
