Hi guys. I am doing a heat exchanger geometry which has rectangular projections/baffles through which tubes run through it. The meshing and geometry was correct, but i could not see my tubes or baffles in the boundary conditions. They are showing "wall-tubes" and "wall-baffles" which are just the intersection surface of the walls with them. Kindly help me out..

You need to create Named Selections in Meshing for the regions to be available in Fluent.
