Default How to determine intra-articular pressure in ANSYS Fluent

I understand that there are static/dynamic/total pressure options in ANSYS Fluent.

However, I wish to measure intra-articular pressure of the synovial fluid between joints. Which option should I be using? Please advise, thank you!
