Default How to exclude some cells from solution and treat them as a solid?

Hi, everyone.
I need Fluent to exclude some areas from solution so that they are not solved and thus are treated as solid.
I have completed the geometry and mesh and have to do this by inside fluent.
I have already done the same thing in OpenFOAM as you can see in the attached image, and now I need to do it in Fluent.
Is it possible in fluent at all?

I guss there must be a way, using UDFs or something...
