Hello dear friends

i am trying to export a velocity field obtained from a 3D simulation in a format that i can process the data in MATLAB software. What i need is a three-dimensional matrix containing u,v,w in x,y,z directions for each node. For instance:

U(x,y,z)

V(x,y,z)

W(x,y,z)

in 2D it will be something like this, there will be 3 matrices for u v and w

U(x,y)

V(x,y)

W(x,y)

has anyone ever done this before?

thanks

File export solution data. Use ascii.

Then use the data reader utility in malab or the delimited text reader.
