Problem with fluid structural interaction(FSI):recieve error and stop run

Hi all.
I'm working on blood flow in artery by fluid structural intraction(FSI) using fluent , transient structural,system coupling(Ansys 16.0.0). my bc are pulse inlet velocity and pulse outlet pressure( depends on time writing as two transient profile)

when I put zero pressure for my outlet bc soloution run completly and without error. now I want to put my transient profile for outlet bc but exist an error during soloution. my period bc is 0.75 and pressure start from 10000 pa and maximum pressure is 13500 pa. I know ramping pressure is necessary for converging soloution.so I shift my bc 0.1 s and pressure start from zero reach 10000 at 0.1 s and after that my pulse bc begin( new time period is 0.85)
but still exist an error during the run and soloution fail.even I chang under relaxation factor to 0.8 , 0.6 but problem is not solved and run faile. my error is this:[/SIZE="3"]
