Create your point (in surfaces). Then create a report and you will have the option to write it to the a file. In old versions you simply created a monitor. In new versions you have to define a monitor and/or a report (two steps).

Can all this be done once the solution has been calculated?
or is it necessary to do it in set-up before calculating? So me manual please? Last edited by p52sarup; October 16, 2018 at 14:35. |

You can do it after the simulations if you save the data at each time step and plot it in Cfd-post. But it is not very practical since the project will be very heavy. The recommended would be monitor only the points of interest and you can visualize it in excel or others.
