Dynamic Mesh - Catheter tubing occlusion

Hi all,

Relatively new to FSI,but would like to get some high level ideas/examples of key things to consider and hone in on for this physical problem:

I would like to bend a straight catheter tubing 30 degrees with an inner lumen that is circular (for now) and displace it/constrict it with a surface above, so that it essentially pinches/buckles and fully occludes the inner fluid region.

Does anyone have some good tips for setting this up in FLUENT? e.g. what dynamic meshing parameters are important to play around with so the mesh destroys cells and decreases the volume as the catheter comes close to occluding? How does FLUENT deal with problems when essentially the fluid region is all but eliminated via the buckling behavior?

I am currently treating this as a 1 way system coupling, assuming that the structural displacements influence the fluid much larger than the fluid flow impacting the structural component. As I progress and expand my assumptions, I would like to consider a 2-way data transfer to establish the impact on both.
