Problem with open files

Hello,
I have problem with opening files that i posted on my google disc and downloaded them after to my computer. I posted them as rar file and exist bot wbpj file and folder with same name. When i open it in workbench it says that is read only.

It says clearly that it cannot write the backup file into the dir
