Hi all:

I am working on a project which we are solving by splitting the project into a multi-step process where we run ANSYS models back-to-back and use the results of one as inputs for the next.

The most recent step has given us a profile of heat generation sources. We want to input this data into the next model to get a resulting temperature profile.

We thought that if we could export the heat source data as an array of values at each element and then use the same mesh in the next model, there must be a way in FLUENT to input an array of source terms using a UDF. If anyone has any ideas or related experience please let me know.

Thanks,
Ann
