UDF code for variable inlet temperature

Dear ansys fluent users, I'm studying the temperature evolution inside a floor heating system with a transient analysis type. I have two case study scenarios that I would like to introduce as a UDF:
1- the first is consisting on the fact that the inlet water temperature will be set as 27 °C (+/-)1°C from 0 to 600 min and 29°C (+/-) 1°C between 1700 and 2330 min 2- as for the second scenario I would like to keep the inlet water temperature constant at 31.5 °C I'm asking how can I write and implement this UDF code inside Fluent.
