Hello everybody,
when I change some settings in the fluent during the solution such as turning off energy equation during the calculations, a dialogue box appears asking me whether I need to use setting changes for current calculations only or current and future calculations, I chose current and future calculations by default. Does that erase the previous calculations in energy equation or keep the results to be used in case of turning on the energy equation again. Frankly, I need to understand the difference between the two choices in the dialogue box. Thanks in advance.

vinerm will become famous soon enough
This will not erase any data. It just asks if you want to keep the newly made changes in the settings for the future or only for this particular run. You chose the right option.

Hi,
I want to save change settings for current and future calculation.
However, the option is gray and I can't select it.

Before, I could select this option for my other case but I don't know why I can't for this one.
Could someone help me ?

Thanks

EDIT : it was a problem with the incoming mesh.
