Hi Everyone,
I am working on a problem that involves high-frequency oscillations of the structural domain. I applied these oscillations as the wall motion to the fluid domain. Since the frequency of oscillations is so high this diverges the simulations. I reduced the time step size and did everything to improve the stability but these solutions didn't work Does anyone have any comments on how to overcome the divergence issues in these cases? Thanks for your attention. Last edited by mrkmrk; August 21, 2022 at 17:05. |

good mesh, small enough timestep thats what you need in case boundary conditions are set properly
