Default How to turn dynamic load balancing off for dynamic mesh?

I found that if dynamic mesh is there in Ansys fluent then the Dynamic loading balancing is forced to be turned on (see attached). But since I am using the udf that relies on a constant partition for parallel computation, it'd be right to prevent Fluent from re-partitioning cells to different computing cores. Is there any way to turn the greyed-out tick off?
