UDF problem caused by various version of Fluent -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

January 13, 2006, 06:24	UDF problem caused by various version of Fluent	#1
Yurong Guest Posts: n/a	Hi, I come across a problem which maybe caused by various version of FLuent. The former udf was used in Fluent 6.1. When I use these udf in Fluent 6.2, error information appears as followed "Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()" I can interpreted these udf but cannot use them just due to these error. Could you please tell me what is the possible reasons for this? Thanks in advance. Yurong hady likes this.
