Default Mesh Failure

Hi,

When I try to mesh my geometry, it always fails and I keep getting an error saying that tetrahedral meshing failed because some of the faces have less than 3 boundary nodes which prevent them from being meshed.

On inspection, I find that these faces are really small and are almost like straight lines. Whatever I did to solve the problem like merging faces, or dleting them altogether didn't work.

Can someone help me fix this problem? My original model wasimported from Pro/E.

Thanks, Vidya
