I am trying to compile an example UDF in Windows. It is building the object file but it is not linking. When I load it gives the error Opening library "S:\WIN32APP\Fluent.Inc\ntbin\ntx86\libudf"... Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified.
I am launching FLUENT from the MS Visual Studio command prompt. Someone please let me know how to resolve the error. Thanks. |

Sounds like incorrect environment variable settings. Set them up so that fluent has access to the compiler when luanched from a standard command prompt.

Thanks. But it is building the object file, it is not making the exe or dll file. Do you think it has to do something with the linker?
Can the setting of environment variables be done only during installing MS Visual studio? If not, how do I do it? Please let me know. Thanks. |
