First an Apple computer comes with an Apple operating system, you can't install Fluent on Apple after my knowledge.

You can however install Windows 7 on Apple as a second operating system, on this you can install Fluent if you wish. But you will have superb Windows graphics and not Apple .

If you plan to use the computer for serious CFD don't go with Apple unless you buy a desktop from them in which you install Linux.

If, on the other hand, you need to do CFD for a few months and you like Apple products you may consider using the computer temporary for CFD. But you will have no advantage versus a cheap Windows system if you are interested in CFD.
