If it's http://mfix.netl.doe.gov/ you're talking about, it might be due to being August = Summer vacation = admin is away and server is down due to overheat or something like that Or even to save power, since most people might be on vacation. In the mean time, you can always try the online cache systems or the wayback machine: http://web.archive.org/web/201011061....netl.doe.gov/ - although this one is a snapshot from 2010...
