Question supersonic nozzle simulation

nikipedia is on a distinguished road
I want to consider phase change in the form of condensation of moisture in compressible air flow in supersonic zone of a nozzle.
Do common models cover this special condition or not.
Do you recommend using ANSYS FLUENT, Autodesk CFD or any other special commercial CFD package?
