I am analyzing a symmetrical domain in ansys cfx . Every time result is coming where the stream flow and pressure in not symmetrical. Why this type of problem is occurring?? I changed the messing also , but every time same asymmetrical result is coming.

you should provide all the details of your flow problem and model setting...

I used a domain which is symmetrical with the center line. The flow condition and messing I used was also symmetrical. But the Result is not symmetrical . Here I attached the streamline image. This is not symmetrical. Why this problem is coming.

I think you should be aware of the physics of your problem...symmetric geometry, BC.s, meshing, etc. do not mean automatically a symmetric solution...
Bifurcation, instability, transition, etc... can be involved based on you Reyolds number.
Furthermore, the choice of the model is relevant (laminar? turbulent?) and the formulation (RANS?) used should be clearly addressed.

From your figure nothing of such details appear.
