Dear narhari,
I'm on my lunch break, so please ping me if I wasn't able to provide enough details. The system probably doesn't have petsc installed. The error is about not being able to include petsc. Also, it would be far easier if you don't try to do CFD on WSL. Simply install ubuntu on a hard drive or at least on a virtualbox if you have system resources and don't want to dual boot your pc/laptop. It woultd be recommended to not use virtualbox, but sometimes it's unavoidable. It would be significantly faster than WSL and it would be easier to solve dependency issues such as this. Edit : I didn't build adflow before, but used cmake and make to understand some of the errors shown here. Regards |
