I am modelling A curved water droplet as a Quarter Circle in a 2d axis-symmetry model with a contact angle equal to 90 degrees. I am using the moving mesh module. I have used the fixed boundary for the bottom of the quarter circle further; in laminar flow physics, I have modelled this same bottom as the No Slip boundary condition. I have not included the gravity. I have modelled the curved surface of the Circle as a Free Surface while the External Pressure is set to zero. But when I run the time-dependent study, I find that the top point of the free surface of water is not still instead, is has some finite flow velocity. I expect the droplet to be still, and there should be no flow velocity.
Please help regarding modelling a stable water drop(no flow) like a quarter of circle with 90 degree contact angle.
I have attached the model, adaptive mesh refinement is selected, just simply run time dependent and see the velocity results.
