Steam flow inside solid tube- No-slip or free-slip boundar condition?

Default Steam flow inside solid tube- No-slip or free-slip boundar condition?

For pure steam (continuous phase) flow inside a solid tube, where heat transfer to the surrounding solid wall is of importance, should the wall be defined as No slip wall or free slip wall?


Of course, if there was liquid as continuous flow, one would usually go with No-slip wall boundary condition. So should it be the same case for gaseous phase?
