3D Airfoil ICEM Hexa Meshing Skewness Issues

Hello Everyone ! Hope you are doing fantastic .
I have been working on meshing of a 3D Airfoil in ICEM CFD for more than 3 weeks but I am not able to achieve even 0.1 quality . 2x2x2 and 3x3x3 matrices have values of 0.5 . I have attached some images of the geometry , meshing and elemnts of bad quality . I would really appreciate if someone could help me out .
